My name is Maxwell James. From an early age I have always had a knack for art and creating things. I got my first camera when I was 4 years old because I wanted to take pictures of animals at the zoo. Little did I know that my new camera combined with my curiosity would reveal a new talent that would prove to have a massive impact on my life. My family was stunned by the natural eye that I had, producing professional level photos in preschool. As I got older, I was fortunate to have had many opportunities to travel the world, nurturing my passion for capturing memorable moments.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, as sports mixtapes started to take the world by storm with the uprise of TikTok, I started experimenting with iMovie. Being a football player, I had a collection of my highlight clips that I used to practice making video edits, exploring the world of film production for promotional videos for various social media platforms. I FELL IN LOVE. I would hear a song, then get a vision that I would work tirelessly to bring to life. This quickly became more than a hobby. It became an entrepreneurial endeavor for my last few years of high school, which built my confidence that this passion could become a successful career path.

I dedicated the majority of my life to sports. As an elite level athlete, my world consisted of balancing frequent travel, fast paced and highly competitive environments. This organized chaos taught me to be resourceful, adaptive, self-disciplined and driven to be successful in every area of my life. I developed leadership and creative problem solving and strong interpersonal communication skills. Being a naturally observant person, I have gained valuable insights about the world around me and I have learned to thrive in a team environment.
